In the SKOCH State of Governance report 2023, Odisha has occupied the number one position beating all the States of the country.
Odisha has made tremendous improvement in the SKOCH State of Governance ranking, jumping from fifth position in 2022 to top most position in 2023.
Odisha, under the leadership of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, has achieved the feat because of its good and consistency performance in major sectors, such as disaster management, education, infrastructure, water, geology & mining, and minority affairs.
The SKOCH report card 2023 has reflected the Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik-led government’s consistency in its performance focusing on the transformation of the State.
