Bhubaneswar: Odisha has received 228 per cent above the normal rainfall in the last 24 hours, informed the Meteorological Centre Bhubaneswar on Tuesday.
In the last 24 hours, the State has recorded 22.7 mm rainfall with monsoon, which is 228% more than the normal rainfall of 6.9 mm.
Similarly, Kandhamal district has recorded the highest rainfall of 58.7 mm in the last 24 hours, which is 763% more than the normal rainfall of 6.8 mm, the Metrological Centre said.
