Bhubaneswar: Odisha has recorded 7.69 percent voter turnout till 9 am. While Jagatisnhpur Parliamentary Constituency recorded the highest turnout at 8.54 percent, Kendrapara recorded the lowest voter turnout at 7.27 percent. Elections are being held for six Parliamentary Constituencies and 42 Assembly Constituencies in Odisha. Among Assembly Constituencies Nilagiri recorded the highest turnout at 11.80 percent and Basudevpur recorded the lowest turnout at 5.3 percent.
