Bhubaneswar: Odisha has registered a growth of 40 per cent in GST collection in September 2021 as against the year-ago period, according to the Ministry of Finance data released on Friday.
The State has collected Rs 3,326 crore in GST in September this year compared to Rs 2,384 crore in the same period last year.
Odisha had recorded a growth of 41 per cent in GST collection to Rs 3,316.55 crore in August 2021 as against the year-ago period at Rs 2,348.28 crore.
The GST collection in the country in September stood at Rs 1,17,010 crore, a growth of 23 per cent over the same month last year, the data shows.
