Bhubaneswar: The much-awaited ropeway facility has been inaugurated at Nandankanan Zoological Park in Bhubaneswar on Friday.
Forest and Environment Minister Pradip Amat inaugurated the facility, which will be open for the visitors from tomorrow.
The visitors can enjoy the service at a price of Rs 120 per head. They will have to pay an additional amount for taking camera for photography, as per reports.
The ropeway service connects Zoological garden with Botanical garden at the Nandankanan Zoo. It will cover a distance of 626 meters from the zoo campus.
The service will be available from 8 am to 4 pm daily excluding weekly holiday. A total of 72 visitors can use the ropeway facility at a time.
