Cuttack: Adding yet another feather in its cap, Odisha is all set to host its first marquee badminton tournament BWF Odisha Open 2022 this month.
The mega tournament will be held from January 25 to 30 at Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium, Cuttack.
More than 300 players from 18 countries are expected to participate in the competition, Department of Sports and Youth Services informed.
“Odisha is going to host the BWF Odisha Open 2022 from 25- 30 January, at Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium, #Cuttack. This is the first marquee badminton tournament in Odisha which will see a participation of over 300 players from 18 countries”, the Department tweeted.
