Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government on Thursday promoted two senior IAS officers to the grade of Principal Secretary.
Suresh Kumar Vashishth and Vishal Gagan have been promoted to the grade of Principal Secretary with effect from January 1, 2023, stated the General Administration & Public Grievance Department.
“In pursuance of sub-rule 2 of rule 3 of the lAS (Pay) Rules, 2016, Suresh Kumar Vashishth, IAS(RR-1998) and Vishal Gagan, IAS(RR-1998) are promoted to the HAG i.e. the grade of Principal Secretary in Level-15 of Pay Matrix in IAS with effect from 01.01.2023 and are posted in situ until further orders”, a notification issued by the Department reads.
