Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 vaccination drive will be halted in 15 districts of Odisha due to shortage of vaccine doses.
The inoculation exercise will be temporarily stopped during the day in the districts, such as Angul, Balasore, Deogarh, Dhenkanal, Gajapati, Jharsuguda, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Kendrapara, Koraput, Malkangiri, Nabarangpur, Nayagarh, Nuapada and Sambalpur, according to reports.
The vaccination drive will be carried out at 97 session sites in the remaining 15 districts.
Odisha has so far administered 1.33 crore doses of COVID-19 vaccine in the State.
