Bhubaneswar: Odisha has won the 5th Guangzhou International Award for its urban wage employment initiative.
The award recognizes innovation in improving social, economic and environmental sustainability in cities and regions.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has congratulated the Housing & Urban Development Department for the award.
