Bhubaneswar: Odisha weightlifter Mina Santa has clinched a Gold medal in 55 Kg category at Khelo India Youth National Ranking Women’s Weightlifting Tournament in Patna.
Santa lifted a total 131 Kg (Snatch 59Kg/ Clean & Jerk 72 Kg) to grab the gold.
The Department of Sports and Youth Services, Government of Odisha has congratulated Santa for her feat.
“Congratulations Odisha Weightlifting HPC cadet Mina Santa on clinching a Gold in 55 Kg category at Khelo India Youth National Ranking Women’s Weightlifting Tournament, Patna. She lifted a total 131 Kg (Snatch 59Kg/ Clean & Jerk 72 Kg) to grab the gold”, the Department tweeted.
