Orientation Programme Held for Chefs, F&B Managers of Star Hotels in Bhubaneswar ahead of HWC 2023

Bhubaneswar: An orientation training was conducted for the chefs and food & beverage managers of all star-rated hotels in Bhubaneswar as an important measures for the upcoming FIH Odisha Men’s Hockey World Cup.

The programme was organised by the Commissioner Food Safety in Association with the Sports and YS Department.

The training was conducted by the head of food safety management, TATA Projects at IHM , Bhubaneswar.

The training focused on HACCP(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)Food Safety Management System, International protocols, Operational process under Covid guidelines for the players, delegates and consumers.

The programme was supported by R Vineel Krishna, Commissioner -cum -Secretary, Sports & YS , Government of Odisha.

Dr. Poma Tudu, Commissioner Food Safety Odisha, Dr. Snehalata Sahu, Director Food Safety, Pratikshya Das Mahapatra, State Nodal Officer, BMC Food Safety Officers lead by Bibhudutta Tripathi attended the programme.
