Bhubaneswar: As much as 65.28 percent voters have cast their votes till 3 PM for the Padampur By-elections today.
Voting is going on in 319 booths from 7 am. For this, security has been tightened in the polling booths. All arrangements have been made to safely shift the EVMs to after the polling, said an official.
The voting will continue till 4 pm.
