Puri: In a shocking incident today, a servitor of the Lokanath Temple in Puri was reportedly killed by miscreants.
The servitor, identified as Sibaram Patra, was fired from point blank range by the miscreants.
The incident happened near the Emara Matha near to Lord Jagannath Temple. The police has seized the gun used in the murder and detained one person in this connection.
Puri SP Kanwar Vishal Singh is on the spot and investigations are on.
