QMS 2.0 to Be Operational from December 15 in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The newly designed the Quarter Management System (QMS) 2.0 will be operational from December 15.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has launched the QMS 2.0 as part of the 5T initiative on December 6 to solve the problems of government employees in terms of allocation of quarters.

The QMS has been implemented on the HRMS platform for online application, allotment and management of GA Pool Quarters covering Type-1 to Type-6 categories in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.

The new application will cover all activities related to quarters management starting from application, allotment, vacation and issuance of NOC/NDC in the online platform in a hassle-free manner.

The newly developed QMS-2.0 Module by Center for Modernizing Government Initiative (CMGI) under General Administration and Public Grievances (GA & PG) Department will be made operational in the HRMS platform as well as in the URL: https://qms.hrmsodisha.gov.in.

Previously, the Government employees had to personally visit the GA Facilitation Center physically to apply for a quarter or go through a time consuming manual process of acquiring a No Dues Certificate while surrendering the quarter.
