Bhubaneswar: Sarat Pattanayak has been appointed as the President of Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC), said the All India Congress Committee (AICC).
He has replaced Niranjan Patnaik for the post.
“Congress President has accepted the resignation of Niranjan Patnaik from the post of President, Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee with immediate effect. Congress President has also appointed Sarat Pattanayak as the President of Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee with immediate effect”, a press release issued by the AlCC stated.
