Bhubaneswar: The Supreme Court on Monday granted conditional bail to suspended Chilika MLA Prashant Jagdev.
The apex court has asked Jagdev not to go to his assembly constituency for a year and he can only visit with Collector’s permission.
The SC has also ordered that Jagdev cannot conduct any meetings with more than 5 persons at a time.
Earlier, Jagdev was arrested for allegedly ramming his vehicle into a crowd, leaving several people injured.
