Schools in Odisha to Remain Closed after 1 PM Tomorrow for Hockey World Cup Opening Ceremony

Bhubaneswar: All schools in Odisha will be closed after 1 PM tomorrow for opening ceremony of Hockey World Cup 2023 to be held in Barabati Stadium in Cuttack.

The State Government took the decision, so that the students can watch the live telecast of the inaugural ceremony, which will showcase art, culture, heritage and tradition of Odisha.

As per an official notification, all Government schools, grant-in-aid schools, private schools and public schools (self-financed) will remain closed after 1PM tomorrow.
