Bhubaneswar: The southwest monsoon winds are likely to withdraw from the rest of Odisha by October 23, according to the Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar.
The latest satellite images show that the weather is likely to be dry in most parts of Odisha.

The IMD had earlier informed that the southwest monsoon is likely to withdraw from the entire country by October 26.
