New Delhi: Tata Sons, the holding company of Tata Group, has won the bid for national carrier Air India, according to media report.
A panel of ministers has accepted the Tata Sons’ proposal to take over the carrier, Bloomberg has reported.
The Centre is planning divest its 100 per cent stake in Air India, Air India Express and 50 per cent stake in ground handling company (AISATS)..
