Bhubaneswar: Union Home Minister Amit Shah is scheduled to make a two-day visit to Odisha from August 4.
During his visit, the Union Home Minister will be attending a meeting on left wing extremism (LWE) and disaster management. Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is likely to attend the meeting, as per reports.
Shah will also launch a national highway project.
However, there is no official confirmation regarding the possible meeting between the Union Home Minister and the Odisha CM, reports added.
