Winter Session of Assembly: All Party Meeting Today; Nominations To Be Filed For Deputy Speaker’s Post

Bhubaneswar: The Winter Session of the Odisha Assembly will begin from tomorrow. Before that, the Speaker Pramila Mallick has called an All Party Meeting today to discuss the various issues. Also, the nominations for the post of Deputy Speaker will be filed today. The candidates can file the nominations after 11 AM today. The election for the post of Deputy Speaker, if necessitated, will be held tomorrow. The candidate nominated by the Biju Janata Dal is all set to become the Deputy Speaker as the party has the required majority.
