48-hour Shut Down in Koraput District

Koraput: In the wake of spike in the Coronavirus cases in the Koraput district, Collector Madhusudan Mishra has clamped a 48-hour shutdown in the district.

The shutdown will be enforced from July 30 midnight to August 1 midnight.

The decision was taken following 66 new persons infected with the Coronavirus in the district today.

Barring emergency services like healthcare, all other establishments in the district will remain shut.

Meanwhile, the district collected has appealed all to abide by the shutdown guidelines.

Koraput district has reported a total of 690 cases so far.
