5T: Odisha Govt Sets Time Limit for Disposal of Public Services

Bhubaneswar: With an aim to ensure convenience of citizens and timely access to public services under the 5T charter of governance, the Odisha Government has set time limit for disposal of various public services.

Carrying forward transformative 5T initiatives, the State Government has set maximum time limit for issuance of various certificates and documents to citizens.

Ensuring time bound and speedier delivery of public services, SC, ST, OBC & SEBC certificates will now be issued within 15 days.

Similarly, resident and income certificates will be issued in 10 days, uncontested mutation cases will be disposed in 7 days, and guardianship certificate application will be processed in 30 days while time limit for issuance of Income and Asset Certificate for EWS is 10 days.
