Puri: Development Commissioner Suresh Mahapatra and 5T Secretary V K Pandian today reviewed the various developmental works going on in Puri temple. They, along with senior officials including Works Secretary Kishan Kumar, District Collector Balwant Singh, SP K. Vishal Singh and temple officials visited the area and inspected the ongoing beautification works in the temple vicinity.
The visit of the senior officials assumes significance as the world famous Lord Jagannath Temple will open for the public for the first time since March 20th when it was closed due to Covid-19 Pandemic.
Recently Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik also visited Puri and made on the spot assessment of the various works being carried out under the Heritage Corridor and Abadha Schemes.
