Konark: The world famous International Sand Art Festival 2019 got a spectacular start with Governor Prof Ganeshilal inaugurating the event at the Picturesque Chandrabhaga Beach near Konark.
More than hundred sand artists from India and countries like USA, Denmark, Ireland, Canada, Africa, Russia are participating and creating arts on many themes. It is scheduled to be held till December 5th.
