Bhubaneswar: In a major boost to healthcare services in Boudh district, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will launch the distribution of Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY) smart health card in the district today.
The Chief Minister will also inaugurate and lay the foundation stones of various projects for the development of Boudh.
The Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana Smart health card will entitle the beneficiary to avail free treatment at all government hospitals and empanelled private hospitals of the state.
More than 200 private hospitals outside the state have also been roped in to provide treatment to the BSKY Health card holders free of cost.
More than 3.5 Crore people of 96 lakh families of the state will get the free treatment facility under the Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana.
