Bhubaneswar: In a significant move in providing high quality health services to the poor people, the Odisha Government on Tuesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AIIMS-Bhubaneswar to for coverage under the Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY).
AIIMS-Bhubaneswar will from now onwards provide free treatment to needy patients under the BSKY. The Health Minister also attended a meeting with the management of private hospitals and discussed about BSKY.
Health family welfare minister Naba Kishore Das, secretary Pramod Kumar Meherda and AIIMS-Bhubaneswar director Gitanjali Batmanabane were present during MoU Signing.
