Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s ruling Biju Janata Dal today reiterated its demand for the removal of BJP led Central Government’s hoardings at petrol pumps, alleging violation of Model Code of Conduct of Panchayat Elections.
A BJD delegation met the State Election Commissioner and submitted a memorandum seeking removal of central government’s hoardings at petrol pumps.
The BJD reiterated that despite earlier requests, BJP led Central Government’s hoardings at petrol pumps continue to violate Model Code of Conduct of Panchayat Elections in the State. They have not been taken down even now, the BJD alleged.
