Mumbai: Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan tested negative for COVID-19 and were discharged from the hospital on Monday.
Aishwarya Rai’s husband Abhishek Bachchan took to Twitter to announce it.
“Thank you all for your continued prayers and good wishes. Indebted forever. Aishwarya and Aaradhya have thankfully tested negative and have been discharged from the hospital. They will now be at home. My father and I remain in hospital under the care of the medical staff,” Abhishek Bachchan tweeted.

Aishwarya (46) and her eight-year-old Aaradhya tested positive for COVID-19 on July 12, a day after the actor’s father-in-law, megastar Amitabh Bachchan, and husband Abhishek Bachchan tested positive for the COVID-19.
The mother-daughter duo was self-quarantining at home at the beginning.
They were shifted to the city hospital here on July 17.
