Rayagada: Three persons are reported dead and 15 injured when a private bus named Fortune overturned near Bisamkatak Hajaridanga in Rayagada district.
The incident occurred at about 10:30 pm when the driver of the bus lost control near a turning and jumped 10 feet below the road. The bus was going to Cuttack from Koraput.
The driver of the bus is among the dead persons. Local people, police and Fire Department personnel reached the spot immediately and rescued the passengers. All the injured passengers have been sent to hospital in Bisamkatak.
