Bhubaneswar: As the colleges and universities in Odisha are gearing up to conduct physical classes for the students from January 11, the Utkal University has made it mandatory for the hostel inmates to produce COVID negative test results.
The intimates will be permitted to stay in the hostels only after producing the negative result of a COVID test, which has to be done three days prior to their arrival, according to reports.
The varsity has taken this decision ahead of reopening of the institution for the students.
