MoU Signed between NLC India Talabira Project and Odisha Industrial Security Force

Bhubaneswar: NLC India Ltd. Talabira project signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Odisha Industrial Security Force (OISF).

The MoU signed between Suresh Chandra Suman, Executive Director, NLC India, Talabira project and Subhash Chandra Trtipathy, Commandant, OISF at Bhubaneswar on Friday in presence of R. P. Koche, IPS, Addl. DG. Of Police, SAP, Odisha, A. Kumar, IPS, D. I. G. of Police, SAP , T. K. Pradhan, OAPS-I, Commandant (SAG), OISF, Rohit Pandey, CRM, Bhubaneswar, P.C. Panigrahi, Advisor NLCIL and other dignitaries from NLC India Ltd & OISF.

NLC India Ltd. A Navratna, Government of India Enterprise specialised in mining and Thermal Power generation and OISF an organisation formed by the Odisha Industrial Security Force Act,2012 for protecting the Industrial establishments in the state.

Both the institutions have joined affirming their mutual interest in confirming and enhancing the longstanding partnership for protecting the national property at Talabira Project.

The force would be deployed from 1st February 2021, to protect the property of Talabira II & III OCP and to maintain harmony in the mine.
