Bhubaneswar: Preservation of indigenous culture of distinct tribes has been a priority of the Odisha Government, said Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday.
“Odisha is home to 62 distinct tribes and welfare of these people, preservation of their indigenous culture have always been our priority”, the CM said on the occasion of Indigenous Peoples Day.
In a Twitter post, Naveen said, “On Indigenous Peoples Day, we celebrate their unique culture, language, traditions and their contribution to our rich cultural diversity”.
