New Delhi: The Athletics Federation of India (AFI) has nominated Odisha ace sprinter Dutee Chand for the prestigious Arjun award.
The AFI has recommended star javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra for the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award, country’s highest sporting honour.

Women: 1. Dutee Chand 2. P.U. Chitra
Dronacharya Award:
Radhakrishnan Nair
Dyanchand Award:
Men- Kuldip Singh Bhullar;
Women- Jincy Philip
Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratan Award:
Neeraj Chopra
The Sports Ministry will shortlist the nominations received from various national federations with the awards to be presented on National Sports Day, August 29.
