Jharsuguda: ASI Gopal Krushna Das, accused in the murder of Health Minister Naba Kishore Das, has been dismissed from service.
The ASI was dismissed from service on Monday by Jharsuguda SP by exercising power vested under Article 311 of the Constitution, as per reports.
Gopal Das was posted at Gandhi Chowk Outpost under Brajarajnagar PS. He was arrested by the Crime Branch in connection with murder of the Health Minister.
