Bhubaneswar: Ever since the viral video of actress Prakruti Mishra being thrashed by Trupti, wife of Ollywood actor Babushaan went viral, the slugfest continues on who is telling the truth and who is the culprit. While the Kharabela Nagar Police has filed two separate FIRs in the case filed by both the parties, the war of words do not seem to be getting any less.
Babushaan today morning released a video and said that if his friendship with Prakruti is affecting his family life then he will stop acting with her and even with other actresses. Babushaan has reportedly released the video from Chennai, where he went for the promotion of his upcoming film along with Prakruti.
In the video, he says, he went to Chennai to celebrate Utkal Divas for the Odia Association there and Prakruti was also invited to the event. He said “I came for the promotion of my upcoming film and announcing a new film with her. I never thought that there is a trouble going on in my family. If, it is like this, I would not act with Prakruti anymore and in fact with any of the actresses”. The video went viral in a short period of time.
Babushaan’s mother, veteran actor Aparajita Mohanty also came forward in the media and asked all to help the estranged family unite. Aparajita said “Babushaan is an affectionate boy and is loved by all. He is a family man and loves his family members most including his parents. In the last one and half years, he has changed a lot. I don’t know what happened to him. I appeal all to help Babu Shaan come Back home.”
In another twist, reacting to the developments, Prakruti has also released a video statement. She said, she did not do anything wrong. She said, one can not break a home which is already broken. Trupti and her father along with some goons physically assaulted me. I will take legal action against them with the help of my parents.
