Bhubaneswar-Mumbai Air India Flight Develops Tech Snag in Mid Air, makes Emergency Landing

Bhubaneswar: In yet another incident of technical snag in aviation industry, the engine of Bhubaneswar-Mumbai Air India flight made an emergency landing at Raipur.

All the passengers, however are safe. The A321 Air India aircraft landed safely at Raipur airport. A total of 89 passengers were on board and all are safe, said Bhubaneswar airport authority.

“Bhubaneswar-Mumbai Air India flight made an emergency landing at Raipur due to lost one engine (shutdown),” said the airport authority.

The pilot immediately contacted the Air Traffic Control (ATC) located at the Raipur airport. The aircraft made an emergency landing at 5.57 pm.
