Bhubaneswar: Alliance Air, a wholly owned subsidiary of national flag carrier Air India, will start daily direct flight services between Bhubaneswar and Varanasi from January 31.
This has been informed by Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA) Director VV Rao informed on Tuesday.
The airline has deployed its 70-seater ATR 72 600 aircraft for the flight operations which will depart from Bhubaneshwar at 12.15 pm and arrive in Varanasi at 2.05 pm.
Similarly, the flight will leave Varanasi airport at 2.30 PM and reach Bhubaneswar at 4.20 PM.
An all-inclusive one-way fare between Bhubaneshwar and Varanasi and vice versa will start at Rs 3470, BPIA Director said.
