Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal senior leader and MLA from Simulia, Jyoti Prakash Panigrahi, who had left the party yesterday, has returned to the party fold. BJD Supremo and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has given him an important responsibility and has appointed Jyoti Panigrahi as the party’s Balasore district president. Likewise, Aswini Kumar Patra has been appointed as the State Senior General Secretary, Biju Janata Dal. The appointments will be effective immediately.
