Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) today announced the appointment of senior leaders as District Observers for several districts.
The appointments have been made by the order of BJD President Naveen Patnaik, said BJD Organizational Secretary Pranab Prakash Das in a statement.
