BJP MP Gautam Gambhir’s Foundation Guilty of Unauthorisedly Stocking, Distributing COVID Medicines, Delhi HC Told

New Delhi: Former India cricketer and BJP MP Gautam Gambhir’s Gautam Gambhir Foundation has been found guilty of unauthorisedly stocking, procuring and distributing Fabiflu medicine to COVID-19 patients, Delhi’s Drug Control Department told the Delhi High Court today.

The drug controller informed the court that the foundation does not hold any drug license as required by the law for purchase, stocking or distribution of the drugs.

The drug controller submitted that action will be taken without delay against the foundation, drug dealers as also in other such cases which would be brought to its notice.
