New Delhi: The results of the CBSE and ICSE Class 10 and Class 12 results will be announced by July 15.
Both the Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) and the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) on Friday told the Supreme Court that they will declare the results by mid-July.
A bench comprising Justices A.M. Khanwilkar, Dinesh Maheshwari and Sanjiv Khanna approved a CBSE scheme under which remaining examinations for class 10 and 12 scheduled from July 1 stand cancelled. It allowed CBSE to issue a notification in this regard on Friday.
The ICSE informed the top court that it has agreed with the scheme framed by CBSE in this regard.
However, ICSE will give the option to both class 10 and 12 students to take examinations later when the COVID-19 situation improves.
