Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today launched the distribution of ambitious Smart Health Cards under the Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY) for Nayagarh district.
The BSKY smart health card will entitle the beneficiaries free treatment at all government hospitals in the State and more than 200 private hospitals.
Each family can avail of treatment benefits up to Rs 5 lakh per annum under the scheme and in the case of women family members, the limit is Rs 10 lakh.
Aa many 7.70 lakh people of the district will get the cards.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister also launched development projects worth Rs 1000 crore in the district
