Bhubaneswar: One of the police constables of Commissionerate Police, who was tested positive for Covid-19 on May 18 has been recovered and discharged from the hospital Tuesday.
He was received at Police Seva Bhawan amidst thunderous applause and presented a bouquet by the Commissioner of Police Sudhansu Sarangi
