Bhubaneswar: As many as 1981 persons from all 30 districts in Odisha tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, taking tally of those infected by virus to 52653 in the State.
Giving details about the new cases, the Information and Public Relations Department said that 1225 cases have been detected from quarantine centres and the rest 756 are the local contacts.
