Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Secretary Suresh Mahapatra will address the people of Odisha at 6 pm today.
It is expected that, he will address the people regarding the Covid-19 situation in the state.
As the number of cases in the state is remaining above ten thousand for the past few days, he may also declare some more stringent guidelines to curb the spread of the virus.
