Ganjam’s Ramesh Rao Wins Bronze at 14th National Wheelchair Fencing Championship

Bhubaneswar: Bringing laurels to the district, Ganjam’s ace para-athlete V Ramesh Rao won Bronze in individual foil event at the 14th National Wheelchair Fencing Championship being held at East Coast Railway Indoor Stadium here.

Ramesh also bagged two Silver medals in team Foil and Sabre events at the Championship.

Meanwhile, Pujaswini Nayak won gold in Women’s Epee for Odisha.

Around 137 participants from 15 states are participating in this sports event.
