India Reports 752 New Covid Cases, 4 Deaths; First Case in Odisha After 3rd December

Bhubaneswar: India has reported 752 new Covid cases and four new deaths in the last 24 hours taking the total number of active infections in the country to 3420. According to sources, the infections are mild symptoms and needed home isolation only. The four casualties have been reported from Kerala, Rajasthan and Karnataka. India has reported 22 cases of Covid-19 linked to the JN.1 sub-variant of which 21 belonged to Goa alone and one from Kerala. Meanwhile, Odisha has reported its first case of Covid infection since December 3rd this year. The Health Department has confirmed the infection.
