Cuttack: The Orissa High Court (HC) on Thursday granted bail to industrialist and Odisha Stevedores Limited managing director Mahimananda Mishra in connection with the murder case of Mahendra Swain who was general manager of Seaways Shipping and Logistics Private Limited.
The High Court directed the lower court to set the condition for the release of Mishra, who is currently lodged in the Choudwar Circle Jail.
Notably, earlier the High Court had granted conditional bail to Mishra on July 18 last year in connection with Press Chhak bomb hurling and Paradip Tarinigada firing cases.
