Jharsuguda: In a bid to prevent spread of coronavirus in the district, Jharsuguda administration has decided to impose ban on road side vending of fast food for next 15 days.
“There will be no road side vending of fast food and other readymade cooked edibles for 15 days in our district from 25.09.2020 to contain the spread of COVID. Such small businessmen will be incentivised @2500 per capita for compliance. Deviation will invite penal action”, district administration said.
The number of Coronavirus cases in the district stands at 3991, of which 1063 are the active cases, as per the State Health Department data.
